HOME Grant Information
The City of Athens was awarded the 2007 HOME Program Grant for Owner-Occupied Rehabilitation/Reconstruction for existing homeowners.
To qualify you must own your home, it must have been your principal residence for the last two (2) years and you must have an annual income at or below the following:
